SummaryResponsible for maintaining a professional front office atmosphere, greeting students and visitors promptly and making them feel welcome. Provides clerical and administrative support services to Learning Center staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Assists with daily administrative duties.
Directly supports Admissions as directed by the Admissions Manager.
Answers the telephone and directs callers to the proper individual.
Exhibit a high level of customer service when greeting visitors and directing them to the proper staff person for assistance.
Processes incoming and outgoing mail, uses postage meter for mailing projects and refills postage as necessary.
Operates fax, copy and other office machines properly.
Provides administrative support to Learning Center staff by copying materials, typing correspondence, handling mailings and other tasks assigned.
Assists with data entry in Diamond D software as assigned.
Receives tuition payments.
Prepares marketing brochures and other materials.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma, or equivalent; proficiency in computer business applications and keyboarding; prior administrative office experience is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Publisher is preferred, but not required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
One or more Microsoft Office Specialist Certifications
